Wine tourism
Introduced for the first time in the national regulatory framework by the Budget Law 2018 (Law no. 205/2017), it is now governed by the so-called “Decreto Enoturismo” (Wine Tourism Decree), approved by the Ministry of Agricultural Policies and entered into force on 15th April 2019.
To this end, wine tourism regulations apply to all the training and information activities related to wine knowledge and tasting, as well as to the growing, production and marketing processes of wine products, with the aim of developing a new sector of tourist attraction. It is therefore a competitive opportunity for the wine enterprises which aim to spread their products and raise awareness about their wineries, wine-growing landscapes and places of production of their wine.
The #W&CN supports its customers in planning and scheduling wine tourism activities, with particular attention to fiscal, tax and legal aspects, also in order for the customers to take advantage of the tax benefits and advantages provided by the sector regulation.
